Our efficiency Studios are perfect for a one to two people, or for a relatively short stay in Durango. Each Studio has a king or queen size bed, small table for two, mini fridge and bar sink in the room. There is a small private bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The bathroom is stocked with Aveda products.

From your Studio, walk out the door to Lola’s Place to enjoy fresh-brewed coffee, and the delicious and healthy foods. Or, sit down at the bar, for a taste of local craft brews and specialty cocktails.

Walk down the street to the Durango Arts Center for a peek at local art, explore local restaurants and shops just a few steps away on Durango’s historic Main Avenue, or use one of our complimentary bikes to bike along the Animas river.
