Our efficiency studios are small queen rooms. Each studio has a queen size bed, small table for two, wine fridge and bar sink in the room. There is a small private bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.  The bathroom is stocked with Aveda products.

From your Studio, walk out the door to Lola’s Place to enjoy fresh-brewed coffee, and the delicious and healthy foods of four long-term food trucks. Or, sit down at the bar, for a taste of local craft brews and specialty cocktails.

Walk down the street to the Durango Arts Center for a peek at local art, or rent a bike from Second Avenue Sports to enjoy some of the nation’s favorite mountain bike trails.
